According to http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/wellness wellness is "the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal". An actively sought after goal. This means wellness is not lost and then found but instead it is a continuing search with achievement being fulfilled along the way. It is a never ending process but the reward along the way is tremendous!
